Additionally, because of the lack of ventilation in the apartments, most of them will eventually become infested with fungus gnats. Cindy never showed up to my walkthrough despite scheduling an appointment, the maintenance worker had to do it for her. Everything was ok’ed and marked as good during the walkthrough, and yet I still did not receive my full security deposit back. I would really strongly advise to find a different complex to live in, Acacia will just give you a long list of problems. The one positive thing that I will say is that the maintenance guy working there is wonderful and tries his best to cover for Cindy whenever she falls short of her duties.
