Bidwell Oaks Apartments

matinenance had PAINTED IN, never happened. We lived there for 3.5 years. Trees caught fire near the building in 2021 (on a Saturday) and not only was the old property manager not in sight until the following Tuesday but residents who were outside until the end were greeted by what looked to be the owners of the Everett Apartments chain of complexes looking at the trees and LAUGHING. Never got told what caused that. That property manager isn't there anymore, however the new ones aren't great either. No problem with the man, the woman however barged into our apartment as we were moving out and demanded our moving company to move their truck. Even if their truck was in a bad spot, IT IS ILLEGAL TO ENTER THE APARTMENT LIKE THAT!!! YOU CAN'T JUST DO THAT!!!! Also expect to not get your security deposit back. Expect the rundown to include things that didn't need to get fixed supposedly being fixed and being charged for both keys we returned and keys we never got. Avoid Bidwell Oaks at all costs if possible. +1 star for price and location

a crazy person walking by screaming . Love the area so close to down town u can walk to banks, stores, Restaurants Love it ok here we are now in September 2023 I hope property Managment reads this u should no who ur moving in here now ur sending out more notices about pets , cars and co-signers info u have everything u need I now feel like I’m in a pre school I’m 61 years old and don’t need a babysitter who ever ur directing all this stuff to direct it at them my rent is on time I make no noise I pick up my animals poo and others with my own bags . One thing u should be more worried about is the lobby area I don’t care how much u steam clean that out door carpet it smells like urine and won’t go away . Instead off waisting all this money on all this nonsense put the money into that carpet …
