The communication is terrible. If there is ever an issue you will need to call multiple times. They make assumptions and stereotype younger groups (especially students) who live here and put unnecessary blame on them. The office is unorganized and does not take correct disciplinary measures towards people breaking leases/rules
etc… The place itself is nice, of course. The management is awful.

Avoid apartment 6 until the two guys get evicted or move out. Worst housemates ever. Avoid.
