when we asked they said something should have been sent out. One woman in there is rude, and I could tell she was talking down to me probably since I was a college student. They also forgot to pay our wifi bill one month, and then blamed us. Not a fan, I’d keep looking.

said my cancellation was outside of their range which they never explicitly told me what their range was for cancellations, so they decided to keep my deposit. They never answer their phone otherwise I would’ve gotten ahold of them much quicker. They hide behind their corporate rules and have no problem taking your money for malicious reasons, extremely disappointed.

Kelcie Fields was AMAZING. I lived in apartment 92 for 10 months and I only moved because I relocated to Sacramento! I now go to Sacramento, State University, and I also live in a similar set up student housing and they absolutely could care less about your leasing problems. Their staff is unprofessional, and seriously have zero regard for anything except for charging you as MUCH as they can. Very grateful for the timber Creek experience! Also Shout out to Ruby who got me my apartment in September of 2022 (don’t think she works here anymore :,( ❤️❤️ last thing i’d like to add is that these apartments are EXTREMELY affordable and really care about students paying a fair price yet getting quality amenities including FREE PARKING (amazing!!)

me again transition apartment as when I knew roommates were not going to workout they were fast and on top of it too make sure that I would feel safe and comfortable by getting me placed into an apartment that fit my lifestyle. The pool area is a fun time with also on-site laundry, a gym, pool table and even recently added dog park. This place does have a party reputation but that’s Chico in general. With also the the June move-in special with lower rent and July rent free this place is one of the most affordable and well located apartment complexes in the city. Some may not like it here but those that see the beauty of this place know that good time are always rolling at timber creek.
