us get any type of refund. We insisted that we wanted to leave the apartment because it was so infested, but they kept on telling us it was fine. They finally let us move after 1 month to timber creek. After they “resolved” the cockroaches they told us we had to move out or keep paying even MORE rent at timber creek. They never fully removed the cockroaches from the apartment and we would find them everywhere. Do not live here.

their wrongful doings. Here we are 2 months after move out & are still waiting on our refund check that was promised to us. They show no sympathy for how poorly they treat their residents at all. Do NOT recommend.

proof that you pay they deny and expect you to pay double. Also make sure if you are doing a lease takeover that they give you proof cause even after 5 months of not being a resident there they thought I still lived there! Previous to moving they told me that everything was sorted out with the person that took over my lease and now they are telling me there isn’t any record of it because “it hadn’t updated yet.” Note that it had been 5 months since I moved. Save the stress and don’t move here. You welcome.

the place is not safe. I got my beloved bike stolen and someone tried to break into my room through the window while I was watching netflix. Very scary. Also they took all of our deposit and then some, even thought we left the apt in the same condition as we found it in. The only nice things about this apartment is the office staff and the fact that it is close to Chico State.
