If I could give zero stars I would. You need one to leave a review. There was a fire in the apartment above ours and it took months to get it fixed and settled. Please see the other review below regarding the same apartment. Now they are

trying to hold our deposit due to damages to a desk in a room that was used by the workmen for storage and as a bathroom. Terrible communication and not at all helpful. No returned phone calls, only emails. Please avoid at all costs and go elsewhere.

Amy Z. and Rayna in the leasing office did a FABULOUS job!! They gave me a great tour and were able to help me find the best apartment option for my needs. The complex is stunning and is the best I have seen in all of Eugene.

Living here has been the worst experience. First they placed me and two of my other roommates with the wrong roommate after we confirmed multiple times who we were going to be placed with. Not only were we placed with the wrong roommate, but said roommate didn’t match any of

our preferences. We did get it fixed. Then we had a roommate damage our common space and move out. That roommate had promised us they would fix it, but never did and ghosted us about it. We had contacted the 2125 and kept them in the loop about everything and they said, despite us having the roommate taking responsibility on video and text, they would charge all of us unless said roommate contacted them taking responsibility. So if you want to damage the place and then move out halfway through the year to avoid the fees, this is the place for you. We also had issues with our upstairs neighbors being extremely loud. I made numerous noise complaints, so did my roommates, that were ignored or not recorded because one of the employees lived above us. That same employee came down to talk with us with their roommate and told us “if we didn’t like the noise then we should move.” Near the end of our lease, one of our upstairs neighbors came down again and this time pretended to be a community assistance, giving us a non-existent noise complaint and asking my roommate to give out information about me. Having people who either previously worked for the 2125 or don’t work there at all impersonate a CA and ask about my personal information was unnerving, and it’s not very safe. I communicated with the manager multiple times prior to this, and nothing was done. The issue was never resolved. I lived with never having any quiet and being woken up every morning and kept awake every night. Then they messed up my payments and suddenly stopped accepting my card halfway through the year. When I tried to fix it, they still took the money from the wrong card and started attempting to double charge me on my rent. This never stopped I had to contact my card company to not let the payments go through. I also got two late fees for their mistake even though I had automatic payments set up, and my card had worked for months prior. When I tried to resolve the issue I was given a different answer each time and finally got the fees removed. A couple months later I had another two late fees on my account. This came as a shock because I had no access to my community portal to check my funds and had made all my payments. I contacted the manager to figure out what was going on. They had not taken away one of the late fees I was supposed to have removed and refused to remove it. I, luckily, after hours of arguing with the manager got them to agree to remove the recent late fees. But despite it being the company’s fault, they made me pay one late fee for their mistake. I was told during this phone call that I would only owe the remaining balance and wouldn’t owe them anymore money after that. Not even two weeks later, I got yet another bill after being promised I wouldn’t owe anymore money. During this whole fiasco, I had no access to my account to check on my funds and the issue was never resolved. Once I returned my keys, I was told that the issue wouldn’t need to be resolved despite the fact they sent me another bill and have now charged me and my roommates for normal wear and tear on the couch. The couch was already cracking and peeling when we moved in. Now they are trying to charge us an additional $500 total for replacements. All we did was use the couch to sit and watch tv, and now they want to charge us for it. The 2125 staff is unorganized and quite frankly rude at times. The manager doesn’t care about the tenants. I was told lies multiple times with nothing ever getting resolved. I pay for everything myself and the 2125 staff doesn’t seem to understand students supporting themselves and not having extra money to fix their problems. Very unhappy with my entire experience here. Would not recommend if you like quiet and are supporting yourself through college.

My daughter and her two roommates lived there a year in 2024. There was fire in the upstairs unit and water damage and the management company took forever to settle and really only wanted my daughter and her roommates to sign a NDA. Maintenance in general took forever and the

main office response time to telephone and email was atrocious. I DO NOT recommend any further people rent at 2125

I lived here for two years and I REALLY regret it. I had a variety of issues while I lived here and a lot of them can be blamed on incompetent staff in the front office. There's no reason for college students to be running the housing they live in.

They lost my packages, were unable to explain a variety of charges, and disregarded my complaints about cleanliness when moving into each of the units I lived in (one of which smelled like pee and they tried to charge me for that when I moved out!) Additionally, the maitenance staff here is incredibly unhelpful. We had faulty wiring, broken AC, broken washer, etc and we always had to have them come back 3-4 times because they refused to believe us or fix the issue the first time. At one point, all three of my roommates and our parents had to be there to convince them to fix our wiring issue.
