Just had a tour of 959 Franklin by Scout one of the Community Assistants. First of all Scout was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. As a resident herself she helpfully shared pictures of her own unit to help us understand the layout. The place is really nice. Full gym, heated pool
and hot tub, fire pits and bbqs. Lots of good places to study and a really great sense of community. Very clean and modern. Looking forward to having our son live there next school year.

Mason was a great tour guide and answered all of our questions before we even had to ask! He was very friendly and well spoken.

I called this week to learn more about the 959 Franklin property because my son is looking at off campus housing for next year. I spoke to Keenan on the phone and he was incredibly informative, kind, and tentative. I’m not normally one to write reviews but I felt it
was necessary because he seemed young but extremely professional and was able to answer all my questions and more!

I inquired about an apartment for my son and I spoke with Scout who was both friendly and professional. She was very helpful and answered all my questions about the contract and rental process.

My thermostat broke and was repaired within a week (they ordered me a new one and installed it) it’s so nice of them! Chris was quick to treat my maintenance issue! Big thanks!
