discount at Costco, which make my apartment bright even at night with shades drawn. There is a courtyard but instead of grass it is turf. There is no blinds on a high-up window - evidence of previous blinds is there, with a half of one blinds rail still on the ceiling. I had to call management to come and replace my fire alarm in my living room which was 4 years out of date, and install one in my bedroom that had none. There is a fake-out vent above the stove, and I know there are range vents installed in some units that I've been in, but there is none in mine. The landlord special was used in some spots where mold was not properly removed before being painted over, so I have to regularly bleach those areas. The gate adds a great layer of security between the outside and my front door, which feels very safe. I have high ceilings as I am on the second floor. I get great sun despite few windows. Overall, I greatly enjoy living here despite its shortcomings. Its the standard crummy college apartment we all expect. However, their pricing is slowly inching towards the 'luxury' housing prices, which I can NOT afford. The luxury student housing has pushed up prices everywhere else anyways. I've seen some of those units, and these ones do not stand up to them. Still love my apartment, but prices are not stellar.
see moreclearly painted over in the past and the ventilation is very poor so mold grows easily. As long as I keep up with cleaning the mold isn't much of a problem beyond that I have to mind to always wipe down certain surfaces
see morecompetent in all areas.
see morethe place really is worth it.
see moretable in the common area and that's it. The only option is the floor.
see morecan’t be beat!
see morehas come either day of the request or 1-2 days later.
see morewe moved in. The outside walkways are pretty unkempt with some of the stairs feeling slightly rickety and some random leaks in the outdoor halls. But for the price you cNr complain much

see moreday, and the courtyard is well-maintained with tons of bushes and greenery even in the winter - I even see birds out there sometimes!
see moregotten a response within a couple of hours at most - or next day if I text outside operating hours. All my interactions with employees have been very friendly and helpful. Maintenance has also tended to be very quick, and often next-day or same day, except in situations that have required special-order parts.
see moreare a lot of frats/bars in the neighborhood, but I've never had noise issues from anything that wasn't literally outside my window. I've also lived here long enough to say that I always see them cleaning and repainting between tenants.
see moreyet to hear a "no" to a maintenance request.
see morenicest place around, but it has everything you could need (and hardwood floors & AC, so thats a huge plus).
see morehave been helpful.
see morehere pretty often.
see moresecond floor that’s been taped off for a bit that’s a bit inconvenient.
see morerooms for cold seasons. It will be good if prices are lowered
see morewould rather have a nice affordable place than that extra stuff most people don't use. And they have a free TV and most utilities included in pricing. Would recommend.

see moreinstead of the key because my key would never work. It always get stuck in the gate.
see moreMaintenance and everything either comes that day or the next day you put in your request
see morechance to clean my apartment. The floor and stuff is coming up like there’s like mildew I guess on my shower and I just can’t get that off but in the kitchen and stuff everything was fine, the beds aren’t the best. Definitely need a mattress cover because if you don’t, the springs will literally be in your back. There is definitely not enough space you have to store stuff underneath your bed. You have to get like containers the closet space it’s OK but the six drawers in the room isn’t enough.
see morequite often.
see morewebsite where you submit the policy was not working for me. I had to sort it out with the property manager and she was super lovely and helpful!
see moreof the rain, but it is not super critical. Overall, the apartment has AC and heater. Nothing to worry much about!
see morefor younger audience but may seem unprofessional. One of my roommates did have a hard time going into the office and putting in a work order with the management staff and it wasn’t til I texted them about it that they actually put one in.
see moreall the rooms are uniform so some may seem like they have less than others although everyone is paying the same amount. We also had a leaky faucet and three not working burners when we moved in which was very difficult and frustrating but once we got maintenance to come by, the problem was quickly resolved. The building is also pretty decent although the stairs without an elevator can be annoying when you live on the top floor and need to do laundry.
see morewere good quality.
