the golf carts, in the office, or at theme parties by the pool. The office has snacks and drinks to offer residents most days and also on national holidays like pizza day they have special treats. With amenities like tanning, swimming, two gyms, a Clubhouse for special events and so much more…. Chase Village offers a friendly little community full of extras for all of us to enjoy. Everyone deserves to feel safe and welcomed where they choose to live and that is definitely what we feel here! Thanks for to the crew for always looking out for us and helping us to feel welcome and supported.

We are fortunate to have no issues and continue to coexist peacefully in this area. Overall, the staff is genuinely kind. Chauncey and cloud have taken excellent care of us. In addition to Paula (the property manager, I believe), our pets are welcomed everywhere and we appreciate what chase has to offer us for living here.

see moresent to me to sign. Basically, once you sign the agreement and send over your $200, if you don't take the apartment offered, even if it doesn't match your preferences, Chase keeps your $200 deposit. It's a total scam. Plus, everything is an up-charge. It's like you're renting an apartment from a cheapskate restaurant. You want a guaranteed parking spot? You want washer/dryer in unit? You want a specific apartment style? Everything is an up-charge. Your $1400 apartment becomes $1600 in a few minutes. Seems like a great place. But it's shady and likely low-quality for a high price.
