I have enjoyed living here. It is a clean and safe place. Management has been great, and Ryan was a super helpful agent when I moved in. I will say, the one thing I will warn about is cooking bacon or anything in the kitchen as you need to constantly
run the fans so not trigger the fire alarm. It has happened to me and other residents if not careful. Otherwise a great spot and beautiful views from rooftop overlooking south eugene and Spencer butte!

They did unit inspections like every month. The fridges broke easily because they opt for cheap ammenities for EVERYTHING. The community freezer is always STUFFED with other tenants' food because the freezers in the units are terrible. Overall, the opportunity cost for living here is terrible when you can pay
a little extra to not live in a shoebox. It should be illegal for the AC to malfunction the way it did for me as well.

Ferry Street Flats is stun and the units looks sooo nice!! The amenities are great, as well! As a student, this location is everything because I’m near campus. There are grocery stores and cool restaurants nearby! ☺️🤭

Ferry Street Flats is a great apartment complex. The amenities were clean, the property manager Ryan is the nicest person you'll ever meet, and on multiple occasions went out of his way to assist his tenants. There is safe and secure bike storage and a reliable package delivery. 10/10 recommend.
