I have enjoyed living here. It is a clean and safe place. Management has been great, and Ryan was a super helpful agent when I moved in. I will say, the one thing I will warn about is cooking bacon or anything in the kitchen as you need to constantly
run the fans so not trigger the fire alarm. It has happened to me and other residents if not careful. Otherwise a great spot and beautiful views from rooftop overlooking south eugene and Spencer butte!

They did unit inspections like every month. The fridges broke easily because they opt for cheap ammenities for EVERYTHING. The community freezer is always STUFFED with other tenants' food because the freezers in the units are terrible. Overall, the opportunity cost for living here is terrible when you can pay
a little extra to not live in a shoebox. It should be illegal for the AC to malfunction the way it did for me as well.

Choosing the right apartment is not easy, I’ve enjoyed so far moving to this complex, the amenities are great, the location is ideal, and the agents are very knowledgeable. Also, I feel safe!

I lived at the FSF for my last 2 years of college and it was by far the best experience of renting that I have had. It was always clean, well kept, and the roof was an added bonus during the spring/summer! I also had my dog with me at
school and the fsf was perfectly located for walking!
