For one who never writes a review, I had to leave one about Anderson Apartments. I lived here for two years of my USU experience and had consistent negative run-ins with the managers. The male landlord, Rob is unbelievably rude and difficult to communicate with. I would even venture to
say he is aggressive. He doesn't respect any resident's privacy and will knock once then wander right into your apartment at all hours of the day and night. You also have to drive cash to their home 20 minutes away to pay rent. There is not enough parking EVER , and they are quick to boot after 9:00 pm so your friends will always have to remember to move their cars. I've always been friends with the guys who live in apartment 11 and every single semester they have had mold problems. They made complains and nothing has happened. Overall the apartments are awesome and the location is great, but the managers are worth finding elsewhere to live.

Decent place to live but the landlady is really strict. Don't expect to get your full security deposit back.
