Booting company will watch for you to leave the vehicle and boot it while you bring in items. Will not unboot even if you are in the lot with them driving around. Parking lots are seldom plowed in the winter and become a sheet of ice. Price for a shared room is only slightly below what you can get a nice private for in a townhome. Only lived there to be with friends. Only plus is that it’s a quick walk to campus. Management is horrible. I went to move in and they gave me a key that didn’t even fit the lock. Table with leg completely unattached. The list goes on. Go to Old Farm, the management there is AMAZING, apartments are nicer.
