Worst management: Chelsea is rude with Hispanic people. Not professional. Really good place. Well located, swimming pools clean, hallways clean, elevators needs some maintenance but work well. People opening packages, dog sh.t all around the place and manager don’t mind, trash everywhere. Place is nice but pricing increased so high. Maintenance staff pretty professional. Collin manager

I’ve been a resident since May 2019. Since then, the property has been owned by four different companies. The current management—Artisan, since ~March 2024—is by far the most productive, responsive, professional and efficient. Past management were never in-office, lacked proper communication, didn’t keep up with the property cleanliness, amenities were always

closed, etc. Besides one long-term maintenance tech—I cannot give any positive before the current ownership besides the price/size of my apartment (which is what held my residency). Chelsea, the property manager, consistently goes above and beyond to assist residents in any way she can. Her professionalism and dedication far surpass those of previous management. It’s evident that she takes immense pride in her work, as seen by her frequent presence around the property throughout the week. Her proactive approach, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to improving the living experience for all residents have made a noticeable difference since she arrived. Chelsea’s leadership has truly elevated the standard of care and management at this community. Collin, the leasing consultant, is an absolute asset to the office. He is always approachable, professional, and quick to provide clear and respectful answers to any questions about current or future leasing. His knowledge and dedication are a refreshing change from past experiences with employees who were often unavailable, dismissive, or lacked industry expertise. Collin’s exceptional service sets a higher standard for leasing support. Terrelle, the lead maintenance technician, is incredibly dependable and thorough in addressing every service request. While some delays, such as waiting for parts or external contractors, are beyond his control, Terrelle always goes above and beyond to assist with whatever he can in the meantime. His efficiency, proactive approach, and commitment to maintaining a high standard of service make him an invaluable part of the team. Most importantly, as the only long-term property maintenance tech, I commend him for all he does. The team has always been accessible and responsive whenever I’ve had questions or requests. Even if a solution isn’t immediately available, they ensure timely follow-up communication, keeping me informed every step of the way. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the clear change in Cambridge Court since they joined the property. Give them a call and see for yourself!

Very cute and cozy apartment homes. Love that you can swim all year around. The office staff makes you feel welcome, and answers any questions you have. The maintenance staff rocks as well!
