the afternoons and OldFarm really is the best spot relative to campus. The apartments are cozy and you feel right at home. Plus, they do monthly-ish cleaning checks, which I really appreciate, as it motivated us to keep the apartment clean! Highly recommend OldFarm! (really, the BEST management you could hope for!)

see moreseems to have the best management in off-campus housing at USU. The apartments are in a great location. It’s about a 10-minute walk up a hill to campus. There are also multiple campus shuttle and cache valley transit bus stops within a short walk, so a car is not a necessity if you live here. Being across the street from the football stadium is also a great perk. Most of the people I’ve met here have been very friendly and it’s a great community for many students. I only give it four stars because the parking is notoriously awful, with dozens of double-parked cars crowding the lot every night. However, I do appreciate that they’ve always kept parking free. I know they’re taking steps to reduce the amount of cars in the parking lot, such as turning some shared rooms into private rooms so there are less people living there. Overall, I would recommend Old Farm to anyone who’s looking for reasonably-priced housing at USU.

see moretimes in the last 2 months, and 3 of those times in the last 2 weeks. We have reached out and Old Farm has been amazing, and the Plumber that they use has ordered parts and plans to permanently fix the water heater issue. The other reason was because of parking. Everyone who has passed Old Farm or who has lived here KNOWS that parking is a nightmare, especially during winter. I work and don't get home till around 9:30 almost every week night, and consistently, I am forced to double park. I rather have to park behind someone or park somewhere that is not a spot and move by 9 am. It isn't really a problem, as 9 am isn't too early, but it does frustrate me when I am trying to move my car at 8:30 AM and there is not a single parking spot open. I feel like it used to not be as big of an issue, but in the last couple of years, more and more college students are bringing their cars up to Logan and are needing somewhere to park and only having 75-80% parking for tenants can be very frustrating. With that aside, I actually really like living here!
