This will cause the apartment to get extremely hot, even with some fans running. Never waste your time and money into such an awful place

units in the window because we would be blocking the walkway. No worries. We bought a portable ac and still doesn’t keep up with the heat but it’s better than nothing. THEN, we put in several maintenance requests about the plug in our bathroom not working and they would never respond to us. We told them the stripping in the door was all messed up and they “fixed it” but it’s still letting heat in in the summer and cold in in the winter. THEN, our lease agreement said we needed to put in our 60 day notice in on June 16th or something like that. They were asking us to give them our 60 day notice IN MAY! They said they were already having people pay their deposits and didn’t have a place to live so they needed to know now. We were being firm that we were giving our notice when the notice was due, because we didn’t know yet. THEN, they put out a message saying they were going to charge everybody with a pet $100 if they found dog poop near the property! PEOPLE WALK BY THIS PROPERTY ALL THE TIME! I’ve seen a lot of the residents pick up after their pets so I just thought they wanted extra money. THEN, they kept texting us about our 60 day notice, saying we had till this day, or this day, or this day to give them the notice even though it wasn’t close to our actual date of notice. I responded with we weren’t sure and needed more time and would give them the notice when our notice is due. They responded with “it takes a while to process signatures”. We made the decision (even though we didn’t find another apartment at that time) to put in our 60 days because WE DO NOT WANT TO STAY HERE. It probably took a matter of 10 minutes for them to send over the paper work via docusign and have it finalized so I knew they were lying about it taking a while for the signatures to go through. They label these apartments as a “one bed one bath” but the “one bed one bath” I’m living in is a hallway. This should be labeled a studio apartment. Just because there is practically a board in-between rooms doesn’t make it a one bed one bath. And I’m paying $1,150 for this “one bed one bath”. With everything WRONG about these apartments and the way they don’t really care about their residents and only the money, and with me not being surprised if I don’t receive my deposit back, I wanted to share my review on how I feel about these apartments and my experience about it. I’m glad I found an actual one bed one bath apartment with my own washer and dryer for the same price. Yes, there is only 2 washer and dryers in the entire unit. Some of the tenants will leave your clean washed clothes on the dirty table and no matter how many times you make a complaint to the tenants. They won’t do anything about it. *UPDATE BECAUSE I JUST MOVED OUT* We looked into our lease agreement and noticed that our deposit is only 50% refundable. I had a really cute message from the owner because I couldn’t get in contact with anyone that works for him and he was completely unprofessional and rude. These people or “the owner” is a horrible person to live under. I hope he sees all of these horrible reviews and notices that he needs to get his act together. Money grabber. Is all he is to build his “dream home” while he is leasing these apartments with such stupid rules and unfair rent for what you’re living in. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!

feet from where food is handled. As of 2021, the rent is $750 not including utilities. Definitely not worth it. But, if you can’t find any other place in Logan, then this is your option. Also, make sure you tour the place before doing an application because there’s a non-refundable $30 dollar application fee. I guess they don’t get enough money conning people that pay to live there.
