Nightmare move in process; once you sign the lease the management company is nowhere to be found. If you call the emergency maintenance number it goes to a dead line, if you call the office during hours no one will pick up, if you call the office after 5:00 you

are redirected to a call center where they can't help you. It's been two weeks and they still have yet to provide wifi as outlined in the lease, when I moved into the apartment it had not been cleaned since the last occupant moved out. I am being charged a fee for "not having renters insurance" when I have sent proof of having renters insurance multiple times, I am being charged for services which I have specifically opted out of I have sent dozens and of emails and messages to tons of different people and have yet to get a response. The rent is cheaper than the surrounding area for a reason; only move here as a last resort. When management gets back to me I will update this review.

Not a bad place to live. You can tell that these apartments are old but they have put effort into remolding some units. They replaced the windows last year and did some major landscaping earlier this year. They put in a fence that blocks off a path that leads to

500 E. I was a little disappointed with that since there aren't any sidewalks leading from the property. It isn't as safe to walk with kids and/or pets anymore. But overall they are very helpful with maintenance requests even if sometimes it takes a little bit for it to get done.

Erica is a great manager to have, she works well with every situation and any time there is a problem that I cant help with I call her and she get's it done.

Once the property was taken over in December management was great to work with. They would get there first thing in the morning to remove snow, were quick to fix repairs, and always gave you notice when they would be needing to come into your apartment. Pet friendly so that

is a huge plus!

Super Close to campus! I love not having to drive or take the bus to my classes. The property manager James is prompt and very helpful whenever problems have come up. Pet Friendly apartments this close to campus are hard to come by!
