see moresuch I don't use). The apartment is as clean as you make it. They have cleaning checks every other month, though, so that helps make sure things don't get out of hand. You can borrow a vacuum from management when needed. The rooms are a good size, and there's only two people per bathroom, four per apartment. Parking can be more difficult, though the underground lot is never full. There are elevators (kind of slow ones). The showers are a bit small, but reasonable, the toilet/shower room is separate from the vanity room (with two sinks), and I believe two of the tree buildings have granite counter tops. You will want a 2-3 inch mattress topper. There is a pool (mostly open during summer) and exercise equipment in the clubhouse. It seems like they have reasonable wheelchair access. The ceilings are sufficiently high (not just with the vaulted ceiling top floors) that nothing feels cramped. A TV, dishes, and other such things are not provided. Smoking isn't allowed. Overnight guests are generally not allowed. Bus stops and a Walmart aren't far away. Overall, they have great amenities for the price.

see moregood amount of pantry space. Wish there was an option to place your own furniture in the rooms but every room comes with a dresser (sometimes built into the bed), bed with mattress and a desk!
see morebut so far have not experienced any of those issues. There are quarterly cleaning checks which are strict, but if you keep your space clean then they are easy. I have nothing but good to say about Management, they are friendly and willing to work with any issues! I've had several questions and problems and I've always had a good experience resolving them. Maintenance is quick and efficient. We reported a crack in our shower wall and they came in, tore the walls, and had them replaced and the shower back in order within 24 hours. The bedrooms are roomy and the whole apartment has a lot of storage. It's also within 5 minutes of campus and about 3 minutes to Walmart, so the location is excellent! The only downside I've experienced is the parking company they partner with. They are strict and brutal about the parking pass. It's independent of the apartment though, and probably the same for other apartments. Keep in mind it's student housing, so nothing is the highest quality and it won't be a perfect experience. It's up to each individual how they perceive it. Overall, as long as you follow the rules and don't mind an older apartment, this is a good option!

see moreof a pain was that they booted my car the very first night I was there. I had driven across country and had gotten there kind of late and hadn’t gotten a parking pass yet but got one the next day because I had to pay $80 to get the boot off my car and didn’t want to get another one.
see moresince. The rooms aren’t crazy big but they are perfect as a college dorm room as is the living room and kitchen. One thing is the refrigerator, it is kind of small for four college guys to keep food in, there is a lot of cramming that gets done with ours but we can usually make do.
see morelarger space, a beautiful bigger window in the living room for lots of natural light, and no upstairs neighbors lol. There’s also good room for storage — there’s a big shelved pantry with its own door and light in the kitchen, and 2 storage closets, 1 on each side of the apartment . My apartment’s dishwasher is crappy but I’m sure that varies depending on the apartment. Also, the bedroom walls are thin. Management is kinda strict with the quarterly cleaning checks but if you actually clean what they ask you’ll totally pass. There’s a good amount of resident parking, it’s rare that all the parking gets filled up from what I’ve seen. However, the ParkUT company that oversees parking passes and booting cars is super strict, so be aware. **There’s also an underground parking garage but I haven’t parked down there yet. Management is so nice as considerate so far! I definitely recommend living at Ventana:)
see moremy favorite by far. I'm so grateful for the quiet environment. My private room is just..... huge. Huge. I have so much space. I feel very spoiled. The manager has been extremely, EXTREMELY kind to me. What a kind, caring man. The location is great for UVU students---the bus stop is right up the hill, but I can even walk to UVU campus too. I feel like I have a lot of freedom in this apartment. There are rules and clean checks and certain restrictions, but they haven't at all felt suffocating. Overall.... I LOVE it here!!!!!

see morea community rather than just a bedroom. I'm a grad student and was pleasantly surprised to be living with other people who were not in their undergrad. It's a nice place for nay young adult, not just students.
