Very hard to reach management when you need something. Not the best at replying or communicating.

Great location, Caring management, Younger Crowd
The apartment is not the nicest, it is quite old but the management is trying their best to keep the building in a good condition. The location is good and quite close to BYU. Management is very nice and the staffs are willing to listen and act if there is
any issue, but sometime maintenance jobs do not get done properly without following up. But the office hour is only limited to about 4 hours per day, which is hard to talk with them as students often have classes during that time frame (10 am onwards). Also, the walls and floors in the building do not insulate noise super well, so sometimes you might get noise issue.
People are friendly, but not super hardcore in partying.

Would not live here again, Run down, Poor management
Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had or heard of people in Provo having with housing. Apartments are so old and look sketchy and run down but it’s cheap so we went for it. We didn’t have hot water all of December and management avoids residents at all costs. Terrible
Old, Will nickel and dime you, Would not live here again
Brookview management is slow to respond. Apartments are run down. However, if you’re coming home from a mission in a 3rd world country you’ll feel right at home.

Some very nice residents that are great kids.

Management is very unresponsive. They have like 4 numbers but don’t respond to any of them.
Their hours are like 10 AM-2 PM which is when everyone is busy with school.
