These are cheap apartments. Everything is falling apart and you will constantly have issues with water temp, heat, and air. Do not rent through Leanne and Bart. They took 110$ out of each member of our apartments security deposit. That is 660$ worth of cleaning fees. We left the apartment
very clean. Ridiculous.

It's an older BYU approved student apartment complex. It's near the outer rim of the BYU boundaries for student approved complexs and is in the center of what they call apartment row. It has few if any student amenities and is definitely showing its age.

It is a great place to live that offers a vibrant social life, if you're into that, along with a chill environment. I'd highly recommend living here.

The apartments are all in need of cosmetic renovations and some need quite a bit more help. But the prices are very reasonable and make the downfalls more worth it

Great location, Safe, Worth the money
No club house, but meeting spot is called the gap. Great down to earth ward members. BYU bus outside. Apt. 11 has washer and dryer. Best price in most of Provo. Has balcony.

Overpriced, Get ready to party, Great location
Great location. Not far from BYU campus. VASA is just down the street along with several restaurants, namely Taxo Bell, Mo’Bettahs, Little Cesars, and Don Chuys. King Henry across the street is a blast. The people here are fantastic. However, it’s definitely a little overpriced. But still a nice place
to live.

Great location, Responsive management, Worth the money
Brownstone is an overall great spot to live. The apartments aren't the nicest in Provo, but for the price, it is second to none. My favorite part is the location, right next to king henry, the bus stop, and VASA.

Worth the money, Safe, Younger Crowd
Absolutely loved my time here! It’s not the cleanest place but it’s very social and everyone is always doing activities, plus, the ward is amazing!!
