Just off campus+Own room=Unbeatable. Looks better on the inside than the outside. The large kitchen is very nice. Parking underneath. The price is reasonable all things considered.

The management is very responsive. They aren't crazy strict with cleaning checks.

They have a small storage shed for each apartment. It's not the newest, but they plan
on doing some remodeling.

this apartment is amazing! loved having my own room, plenty of storage space, we had a
cool fireplace, and each room comes with a free parking spot behind the apartments, 2 covered and 2 uncovered. So nice not having to stress about where to park, the washer and dryer in unit was also amazing.

I LOVE living here. It’s cheaper than the other single bedrooms this close to campus. The carpet in our unit is old and green. I think the dressers and desks in the unit are too big for the bedroom size, but it is nice to have storage. I will be
renewing my contract until I graduate and leave Provo.

My unit is the only one owned by a different manager, so this might not apply
to everyone. Cathy is nice and generally easy to work with. I thought it was really funny when I walked into her office and she was typing up our contracts on a typewriter

It’s a good apartment, a little small but Margaret the landlord is normal. She’s not rude as long as you’re a good renter. Cleaning checks are intense. The place is expensive for how small it is but it’s a good location to campus. A pretty basic Provo apartment. It’s nice
that is had private rooms.
