There is rancid chicken water in the sink in this photo of when I lived here. These apartments are disgusting and roommates are not tidy. This was my apartment every day save for cleaning checks. I lived in my back room and never came out because it was so disgusting.
There was black mold and bugs everywhere. Do not live here for your own safety.

When I moved in here my shower was broken for 4 weeks and I was charged with a huge water bill even though it was a maintenance issue. Not great customer service. Oh and my bike got stolen from parking it where I was supposed to. Rent is cheap but
I enjoyed living across the street at sparks II much better and had a better experience there.

For a private room, I paid about $530 per month to live here, including parking and utilities. For a 60-year-old apartment, this is a very steep rate. Management took about a month to replace a broken toilet part. The bathroom was falling apart. Cleaning checks are strict and the fees
are non-negotiable. The “air conditioning” is a swamp cooler that barely functions and leaks outside. My room got up to 81 degrees F on a few occasions. Do not live here if you value your money!

If you clean the apartments they are just fine, and honestly the enviroment of the quad set up makes for a tight knit ward as long as you keep the blinds open 😄. Management isn't an issue and neither are the utilities ($45).

It's a good price but you get what you pay for. They're not the fanciest apartments but you'll get air conditioning, a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. Our dishwasher has been having trouble but the other appliances all work fine. There's only one bathroom for six people, which might be a
problem for some but it has been just fine for us. The fridge can get a little cramped sometimes and there's not as much storage space as some other apartments but it's still a pretty good amount. The staff is very friendly and willing to help, which is great. Overall, not the swankiest but not bad.
