Great location, Good maintenance, Good roommate matching
Overall a good place to live. It can be kind of pricey but that's kind of what you expect out of a private room right across the street from campus. Has nice amenities at the sister location not too far from this one. It is a great place if you
want some space for yourself.

Poor management, Overpriced, Would not live here again
Terrible place to live. They don’t up keep the units and they have zero ventilation . I would have rather lived in my car. I have never seen worst management in my life.
