Nice, spacious apartment with private rooms for an AMAZING price. Each apartment has 4 parking spots (1 per resident). Only 2.5 blocks south of campus, about a 10 minute walk to BYU. Great ward as well. Many older students and fresh college grads live here, but they are pretty friendly.

Generally great condos. They are mostly separately owned and different condos are different sizes with different number of bedrooms. All private rooms. Covered parking is available for some of the condos. It's located in a good spot about 5 minutes to walk to the edge of BYU campus and it
is right behind the Provo library.

Best place I lived in Provo. The landlords stick to the rules but they don't try to screw you. They respond to maintenance requests promptly, keep the apartments in great condition, and actually know all the tenants by name. It was clean and comfortable and rarely had issues. 15 minute
walk to the JFSB on BYU campus.

I live here and absolutely love it! Parking is great, the apartment is large (I'm in a 3-person apartment) and clean, and the appliances are all new. Maintenance is always prompt if we have any issues.

The landlords, John and Edie, are the worst. I could tell you so many stories of when they were pounding on my door at midnight or later because they were mad or booting my own car. They are not professional at all. On my last day living there, during finals,
I was “12 hours past my contract date end” so they charged me to sleep there that night and charged me a cleaning fee even though my room and sections were clean. Don’t live ther if you ever want to have friends over bec at 11:59 John already has a boot on your car, even if you live there. He also sits and watches the cameras. That’s freakin creepy.
