see more1. They've closed the hot tub without any sort of notice (multiple times). 2. I was failed a cleaning check once and though the item which I failed was indicated, there was no explanation offered as to why, including after sending an email inquiring. 3. These next several cleaning checks they've changed their formula, rather than clean the whole apartment with individuals receiving specific assignments, each apartment has to collectively clean a specific area of the apartment. If it's not clean, everyone fails, and EVERYONE is fined. They think they're sneaky, but this is clearly a ploy to pull more money from students. They say they want to "prepare us" for white glove cleaning checks, but that means they're going to be more strict with these cleaning checks, so if one thing isn't "up to par" that's a fine for everyone in the apartment. Don't trust them!

Also, today is the day before cleaning checks for the bathrooms, and they're shutting our water off tomorrow to repair a leak in the alley, and it's serious to the point where they'll be jackhammering concrete. They could've postponed cleaning checks with this situation, but no.
see morefriendly and down to earth which is really nice and the sense of community is a great benefit. It's just a short walk from BYU, the Provo City Center Temple, and the bus stop which makes it fantastically located for college students.

see morewater would be shut off, but did not respond to my follow up email. When in need of maintenance, they responded quickly, but there was no warning or explanation for what was going on. Multiple times I would hear people in my kitchen to find out that maintenance had let themselves in. It was intrusive and unnerving. If I wanted answers I had to go in person to the office.
see moredoors in the apartment do not close easily, either too tight or too loose in their frame. The chairs and couches came ripped and scratched, but still usable. There is very limited storage in the kitchen, the cabinets above the fridge are not usable because if how high up and far back they are. We had to buy a shelf to have enough space. Storage in the rooms is decent if you take advantage of the space under the beds and up above the closet. I wish there were more space for bathroom items, such as a closet or something. We already take advantage of all the counter/cabinet space available.
