Great location and pretty nice apartments. They living room isn't huge but it is nice for 4 people

Northwoods was a great complex! Heather is so good to work with! There is not a ton of storage in the apartment, but you have access to a shed as well. This is super close to South campus! And there are some close bus stops nearby as well if you

don't have a car.

I will never rent through Aspen ridge again. They he so many hidden fees and nickled and dimed on everything. They were not responsive and overall the worst.

Great place, but not a lot of people around my age

#8 is privately owned, so the landlord is different than the rest of the apartments in Middle Cambridge. That means the rent is significantly lower! I pay $320/month along with $20 or less/month for utilities. This place is super home-y, big living room and big kitchen (so nice) with plenty

of storage. Even with 4 people living here, we still have a few empty kitchen cupboards. One of the shared rooms has a bathroom with a tub in the room, the other shared room (where so live) has a smaller bathroom with a shower outside the room. About a 5min walk to the LSB, about a 15min walk to the north side of BYU to the JKB, so it’s super nice to be so close to campus. Super nice ward, too! Best YSA ward I’ve ever been in. My only complaint about this place is that there’s only one assigned parking space per apartment. There are two small lots you can park in for Middle Cambridge, but if those are full, you have to find street parking which can be hard sometimes. Parking passes for the assigned spot or the two lots don’t cost anything, though!

overall i love condo row!! so nice to be close to campus and the middle cambridge apartments are awesome. parking is the worst though, that’s why i’m leaving.
