still well maintained. The pipes rattle when flushing the toilet or when you're using water in two different areas at once, but you get used to it and can find ways to mitigate it. Parking provided behind the apartments, both covered and uncovered. Just a block and a half away from a UVX stop, pretty commuter-friendly. The rent for a private room was actually reasonable for what is provided, unlike so many other rental apartments in the area. Definitely has its flaws, but this is by far the best apartment I've rented in Provo.

not the greatest. It took us 4 weeks to get our mailbox re-keyed, and it took us talking to several different people in management to make it happen. The location is pretty ideal. It's right next to the bus stop so it has easy access to BYU, even though it's not right next to campus.
