This is a horrible experience and expensive, aspen ridge management is the worst ever!!!! The rent keeps on increasing with increasing of utilities bill. I pay like $50/month and all 4 of us have to pay the same. And when it comes to clean check, we cleaned it very good
but then they tried to reason out to charge us!!! I wouldn’t live here, there is better place you can rent! Horrible moving out experience warning

I like these apartments. They're pretty and well-maintained. The ward they're in is also one of the most friendly I've been part of. Great leaders and a lot of different kinds of activities.

Worth the money, Great location
The parking available at Summerlyn is amazing and a lifesaver! Definitely a huge selling point for me and the fact that we have an in-unit washer and dryer.

Provo management in general is just kind of ehh. That said, Aspen Ridge can be a
bit slow with maintenance requests and aren't super great with communication about big projects or renovations. Other than that they're just fine.

The apartment is pretty nice. It is clearly an older building but things have been kept
nice and the space is great.
