Great location, 10/10 would recommend, Responsive management
I have absolutely enjoyed living here! Management has been very responsive whenever we have had a need, usually coming to fix the problem within a week at most. The worst part and the only downside is parking. There is a limited lot and street parking available, but it is very
lucky if you find a spot usually. There is a Y lot across the street though so it’s not too bad.

They are very responsive! We have had a variety of issues varying from accidently getting locked
out of bedrooms and huge ceiling leaks to minor fixes and they come as soon as they possibly can!

This is the best apartment that I have either lived in or seen in Provo! There
is PLENTY of storage space for all three of us and the private room is the same size as many shared rooms in this area! You get a large closet to yourself and everything works very well!

10/10 would recommend, Worth the money, Great location
I love living here! I've lived here for 2 years. The apartment is very nice and renovated. I am getting married otherwise I would keep living here. It is a HIDDEN GEM!

Great location, Responsive management, 10/10 would recommend
This has been a great place to live! It is conveniently close to BYU's campus. There are only 3 total people that live here so the apartment stays much cleaner and less noisy than other places.
