It’s a good place to live but I don’t think it’s worth it for the price. 6 guys to a small space shouldn’t really cost as much as they charge even if you don’t have a parking pass. Would be nice if they at least had good amenities.

We submitted two work requests (one for our oven that broke and one for our doorknob that broke). They claimed to have fixed the oven but sent a picture that showed a different apartments oven with their pots and pans on it. The doorknob was broken and the same they
fixed it but my roommate who was home the whole time cleaning said that nobody had passed by so they clearly pretended to have fixed it or fixed the wrong door. Also the maintenence guys are always playing ping pong out in the pavilion and are never ddoing actual maintenence. Honestly unimpressed at the lack of care this apartment has shown to me and every other tenant in regards to broken appliances and utilities that we are paying for.

It is a good apartment and my roommates were very welcoming. My only complaint is that some guys left on vacation but didn’t really clean up. The apartment needs cleaning.

I’m pretty sad for a few friends who have had personal belongings stolen out of the storage units in the parking garage including expensive bikes. I feel like it couldn’t be that hard to install security cameras etc.

It was great living here. I don’t know what the negative reviews are about. The manager, Delaina is a delight and very helpful.

Nothing to write home about, Younger Crowd, Great location
Good place to live. Outside looks old but inside is renovated decently. Not very social or fun, but it’s cheaper and is in a great location.
