10/10 would recommend, Great location, Best in town
Amazing location, great price, great amenities, and limited covered parking. Everything about the apartment is great, the only downside is if everyone in your apartment owns a car then there is not enough parking spots.

Nothing bad, although nothing amazing about management. Everything worked out fine. The only thing is that
they had us submit damage reports and they never came in and fixed anything.

Winter Quarters is a great place to live. There's a decent amount of space, easy to clean, and best of all it's right next to campus.
