These apartments are wonderful! The living room is large and open. The kitchen is a awesome size for me to practice all of my new recipes. The big window in the bedroom and living room allow for natural light and a more open feel. Everything works so well it has

felt like we were living in a hotel! I always want to rave about how easy the windows open and shut. It’s amazing! The apartment DOSEN’T comes with a mattress, curtains, or other kitchen supplies. The major things it provides are; couch, TV, table, Stove, Microwave, bed spring, 1 dresser, and 1 bed side table. Managment is good too. You can call if you need anything replaced or fixed and they are pretty prompt. I’ve seen them maybe 3 times and they were very friendly and helpful!

Wonderful place feels big with small apartments. Management was on top of up keep on the whole place and was there same or next day when something was broken down. Recommend finding a place at 415 flats!

My husband and I loved living at 415 Flats! It was our first apartment together and it couldn’t have been a better experience! The management is great and friendly to work with and the apartments are so clean and spacious. We will miss living at 415 Flats!

415 flats has been a great place to live! This is the first place my husband and I hav lived in since getting married and it has been great. The hard wood floors make cleaning really easy, and the style looks very modern and nice. It comes furnished with everything

except a mattress, and includes washer and dryer in unit. It has been the perfect size for us. Management is very nice and responsive to questions. They do regular maintenance checks and drop by treats every now and then! Highly recommend.

We always got alerts way in advance when there were going to be maintainence checks, there's reserved overnight parking for guests which was fantastic for family visiting during the holidays, and one time I used the self-clean option on my oven and didn't notice there was grease in the bottom

so it caught fire (this was ENTIRELY my fault not the oven) and management was was quick to come over and inspect the oven for safety and they even cleaned it for me so it wouldn't happen again! They always went the extra mile to respond to questions and concerns. Plus, the fact that they furnish the apartments made it a perfect home for a brand new couple just starting out.
