The entire time we lived there the apartment smelled like natural gas and just overall musty. Mold grew and ruined some of our books as well as some furniture we bought. And don’t even get me started on the laundry situation. There’s only 3 washers and dryers for the WHOLE building. Of those three dryers, only one of them actually dried clothes. The only thing I would say is a “pro” about living here is the management/maintenance crew. They are very nice and understanding. Overall, don’t live here. There’s a reason why they’ve lowered their prices recently.

Our shower would be ankle deep within minutes of use despite having maintenance come out on multiple occasions. At one point it got so bad I washed my hair in the bathroom sink. Pipes busted and the water in our building was shut off for 3 days. Management suggested the entire building go to the club house to shower. That's over 40 girls to one shower. The complex is very loud, despite most walls being cinder block you can hear everything from your neighbors talking next door to people using the outdoor stairs. Heating is temperamental and very loud. Our front door did not shut all the way which let drafts in. When it was -26 we did not have heat, our house got to 43° Again we could not get maintenance to come out and resolve the issue. It took several weeks to have heat despite utilizing the maintenance request feature and after hour maintenance number. Cabinets are very old and leave the kitchen ware smelling musty. There is also not very much storage. Ward is extremely diligent. We had people knocking on our door almost 3x a week for church things. Some chicks from the relief society actually walked straight into our apartment and knocked on my bedroom door. The parking lot has lots of pot holes but was free and you were always able to find a spot. Snow removal however was not timely. The clubhouse was gross. It's a really big space with awesome windows and an indoor pool, hot tub , full kitchen, theater, ping pong and poo but was really grimy. discussing. The hot tub was green, smelled of feet and had a thick skin cell layer. It could be a really cool spot if it was kept clean. All in all just not worth saving a few hundred dollars.

you really pressure them. If you are looking for a cheap apartment, don't go here. They will seriously cheat you out of anything they can. Our sink leaks and dumps water under the floor every couple of weeks, even though they "checked ot before hand".

they shut off the water for roughly 2 weeks due to refusing to hire professionals to install sprinklers which led to a broken pipe. That’s not even to mention the stairs to the top floor apartments being so poorly maintained that they snap in half. Do NOT live here unless you are seriously desperate.
