I've lived at several student apartments and Avonlea is by far my favorite. The apartments are clean and bigger than other apartments I've been at. Maintenance requests get taken care of really quickly. The in apartment washer and dryer is a big plus as well. Management is super
nice and help in any way they can.

This is my second semester here and everything about it is amazing. They are both single and shared rooms and you can use whichever one works better for you. And everything is kept neat and tidy throughout the entire establishment. I’m currently in apartment one for Women and this is
one of the best apartments I’ve stayed at in Rexburg.

I really like how close to campus it is. The drawers under the bed make for plenty of personal storage space even in the shared rooms. The shelfing allows for personalizing your space. Some of the rooms have corkboard for pinning pictures and further personalizing. The managers are very friendly!

I have lived at Avonlea for 4 semesters so far and I love it so much! The managers are so kind and understanding and they really work to accommodate everyone’s wants and needs.
