I had no correspondence with any management that semester until I was unexpectedly denied an application. They'll probably reply and say they denied me for having my application open for too long. That's a good official reason, but my conversation with Abby, the other manager, proved that Mattie couldn't take the heat of managing on her own and made rash decisions though I had no reason to be involved with her drama. I would have loved to stay, but they've proved that my business as a clean, respectful resident was not valuable to them. I'll take my business away from Best Nest properties as soon as possible and take it to better complexes.
