all the experience that many people haven't had yet. Allow me to make this clear: if you want an affordable place to live close to campus, this is the place. It comes with its drawbacks, but you really can't beat the location for the price. Now for the fun part: if you've never heard of 'white gloves,' you're about to get very well educated. Keep in mind that mercy doesn't always coincide with justice, and with white gloves, that's exactly what you should expect. If reliable Wi-Fi, electricity, and a working washer and dryer are essential to you, this is not the place for you. If you're okay with them going off every once in a while, then it's ideal. I've had friends get booted, I've lost electricity, Wi-Fi, and my washer and dryer, but I've weathered the storm. Why? Because it's affordable, and because the managers do try. Though a white glove can make anyone seem heartless, that's just the nature of it. Eventually, you get somewhat used to it. With all these things in mind, I'm open to updating this review at some point, but for now, this is as honest as it gets.

The managers were super nice about it — the let me use my desk and we might be able to give the extra desk to another apartment that needs it!

passed my clean check, I've told them somethings I'm being fined for I understand cause I didn't clean the couch like I should have, but everything else I cleaned and was told that I passed. I think they're expectations for white glove checks are absurd for a place that's falling apart and doesn't look nice in the first place.
