The apartments are old and overdue for some remodeling and appliance replacements, but they are well taken care of. The laundry rooms and lounges are great and the property is good shape.

see moreto fight for the residents. I've never had better managers. The ward is great! The bedroom sizes are spacious and add storage with the raised beds. The heaters throughout the apt are great for winter time. There are a few things I really don't like though. There is only one fridge for 6 girls and that can be difficult. I seem to always have an issue with maintenance. The repair guys themselves are very nice but seem limited in what they are allowed to repair. I have had issues with the stove the entire time I have lived here. We were told all the appliances would be changed during the remodel and they weren't. The repair guy said our stove is just old and he wasn't allowed to replace it even though it really needed to be replace. Our dishwasher shakes the house and he said it is because there is no insulation around it but he wasn't going to install any. So that's one issue I have. Another is they do not have sufficient enough washer and dryers. For about 50 girls there are 3 washer and 4 dryers. Also, the parking lot lines are basically gone so it's hard to tell where you can park but I'm pretty sure they have been trying to fix it. They do charge a renewal fee which I think is the stupidest thing ever. Overall there are pros and cons but since the remodel and up in pricing I don't think it is worth it overall. I love the management, the ward, the hot tub, fire pit, they do a good job of salting the side walks, and the apt are fairly large. I have enjoyed my time here but I think they charge too much for what they are offering.
see morefloor is much more run down than the bottom two floors. They might be working up the building renovating the apartments, but if they are it is happening very slowly. Maintenance is good, they come if there's a complaint. It's close to campus and I like that they do discounts for more than one semester.
see morecar crash damage to your bedroom wall). They are decent with the maintenance of minor problems but if something major happens like a car running into your bedroom wall they don't seem to know what to do so they just do nothing and then claim they had no knowledge of it at the end of the semester. My Roommates and I even had our parents fighting for us at the end of spring and all the explanation they could muster was "well, we have a lot of apartments to deal with" so " stuff happens". Wasn't going to even bother reviewing but I was just there during the eclipse and saw the wall in question still hasn't been touched. They prey on the desperation of poor college students to nickel and dime to do the bare minimum, would not recommend.
