seems to never be open when you need it. The study room are extremely small and function more as storage closet than a study room. I would only recommend living here if you know you have good roommates. In my experience roommates are an absolute toss up.

2 years, at $1099, this place is still affordable and makes sense. The housing managers, Jessie and Abby are fantastic! Very on top of managing the complex, always communicating clearly to the residents and if I had a question they've always been super quick to respond & remedy if needed! The reason for 4 stars comes from one blatant service request that would serve all of the tenants as well as management as well, that is, the washer/dryer situation. As it stands, there are only 6-7 dryers/washers that service the entire men's complex. Be as it may, the washers/dryers are constantly in use, or unfortunately as is sometimes the case in need of maintenance. Time and time again, between having your clothes moved by someone else or needing to do so to another person, this was just a major inconvenience. Especially when there was a month or two where there was just one reliable dryer for the whole complex. This aside, the space, high quality roommates and overall offered atmosphere made living here very enjoyable. It provided a true BYU-Idaho Student experience!
