I really love these apartments! They are also called At Home Rexburg, and they really do make you feel at home! The Managers are so helpful, especially Morgan! She has been wonderful in resolving any minor complications, and very responsive whenever we've had questions! The Landlords are also quite helpful, the

apartments are very nice and live up to their standard! I recommend coming here if you need a good priced apartment thats decently close to campus!

Bottom line: I will never consider this place again Here is our story take it and decide for yourself what you think: we moved here as our first official apartment after getting married. While in the process of signing the contract I asked about moving out early. They explained they

always have people on the wait list and it will simply be a $100 early move out fee and if for some odd chance they didn't have anyone they would immidiately let is know (this will be important later). Move forward to move in day. We get to the pre furnished apartment with a lovely mattress that has a blood stain the size of a large plate on it but it was "ok because it had a plastic cover on it." Oh and there is a fee for them to remove any of their furnishings. Next up it took them over 6 months to fix our doors that wouldn't close since day one (however in the new managers defense I only asked them once maybe twice and they got to me in about a month) now fast forward to end of February, we let them know that we were moving out early at the beginning of April, they said they would get someone to take our place so a few weeks later we signed a new contract. Nearly a month later we get an email March 27 (only 3 days before April when we said we were leaving) saying hey so we don't have anyone to take over your contract so you are still in charge of rent. After many calls they agreed to lower our monthly payments by 1/3 until the contract sold because they admitted they were wrong in not telling us. Long story short we couldnt find anyone to take it until mid April and even though they moved in mid April we still had to pay for the full month. Then came the security deposit which they told us we should have about a week after our contract sold. We were also told, just like in a previous post, our apartment was very clean and one of the cleanest seen but our wopping $17 check that we just got last week said otherwise.... ps the pictures are of the 450sqft apartment after we moved out. (aka 50sqft bigger than a 2 car garage)

We lived here for 2.5 years right after getting married. We loved our experience! Especially since having different rental experiences to compare to. The management is great at communicating and maintainence always worked quickly whenever we had any issues. The quality of the apartment was fantastic! And the ward is

amazing!

I am currently still living here and do not plan on moving for a while, it is cheap and affordable, the management both on and off the property are very nice people and the apartments are what ya pay for, my only complaint would be the washer and dryers on

site, they do work… people do not take care of them, they are super beat up and at least one is in need of maintenance once a week. But overall this is a good place for a first apartment in a small college town.

This apartment automatically steals 100.00 of your deposit for "carpet cleaning" (which is not in compliance with Idaho tenant law because carpet us under "normal wear and tear.") They force you to agree to it their contract. The "five star" review ('Kelsey B') recently posted is most

likely fake. Be very careful to take pictures of the condition of the property when you move in and research all the charges they try and hit you with because chances are many of them are not legal. They, like many greedy landlords are not used to being challenged so they take advantage of unwary students.
