This place is nice, but the clean checks are absolutely ridiculous and they are boot happy. They regularly boot cars that are still within visiting regulations or have parking passes. Each boot is 80$. Clean checks are crazy. Every clean check is a white glove clean check. I'll attach pictures
of a clean check I did that was failed. Because I forgot to clean under the stove and didn't dust the right section of my bedframe. Manager is really passive aggressive and judgemental.

I had the best experience here at Cottonwood. Not only did I feel management was organized and good to work with, the people that lived here were so friendly and responsible. The open area in the middle was an awesome place to hang out with friends - like a built
in park. I felt like it was a perfect distance from campus - I waked every day.

I have loved living here. I have lived all over rexburg and have had problems with maintenance and management with them not responding. Here they always are good to respond and there is a lot of space in the kitchen with cupboards drawers, a separate location for food and two
fridges. One of the best things though has to be the tight knit community with the layout being one ward which allows everyone to grow closer together as a complex and ward.

I’ve lived all over the place in rexburg and I’ve never felt more at home than I do at cottonwood. The size and the price is unmatchable and I have had the best roommate experience here. The courtyard creates such a strong sense of community. I’ve had no problems with
management like I’ve had other places and maintenance fixes request right away. Cottonwood is the best place to live in Rexburg easily.

Cottonwood is the best spot in town. The managment is kind and informed, the perks are amazing (onsite laundry is free and there are two refrigerators in each apartment) and the ward is a blast. I have lived here 5 semesters and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. This
is the best place to have a great college expirience in this small town.
