6-7 months with no manager. They will hang you out to dry. There has been a couple holes in my wall since I moved into this apartment! The 2 reasons why people keep living here is the price and the ward, that’s it!

administering the clean check was helpful, & patient. When my son wasn't able to get everything off on the inside of the oven, the Georgetown employee instructed my son on what he could do to get it off and my son was able to do it and avoid the cleaning charge. I really appreciate that.

this apartment and I would recommend it for anyone looking for a cheaper place to live.

the couch and couldn’t move anything into my room. I have been shampooing the carpets and the management won’t get back to me about this. I would not recommend the apartment complex
