FANTASTIC. The apartment management is very kind and genuinely cares about their residents-a rare quality indeed. It’s a delightful, village-like atmosphere and I’d highly encourage living here for as long as you can. This complex also contains one of my favorite old trees, a willow hidden behind one of the buildings, which is gorgeous in spring.

area, well-lit and open. The apartments are older but well-kept. Management is personable and prompt. Overall a fantastic spot for new or returning students. Would (and have) recommend to a friend!

isn’t large enough to have more than one person in, the rooms are a little too small for two people to fit in) but other than that everything was great. i do think they need to be a little more specific on what a “service animal” is because when i checked yes that i would be willing to have a service animal in the apartment, that did not be a ESA. those are two very different things and i got stuck living with a cat that bites and never gets put away like it is supposed to. i never had good roommates while living here. some of them never cleaned up after themselves in the kitchen and others caused unnecessary drama and were very rude when i had guests over, even though my guests were always respectful and kind to them. again, i think that the managers are great, but the apartments, roommates, and unclear contracts made it very difficult to want to live here. i would not recommend these apartments to anyone.
