Nauvoo House

in previous semesters I would have definitely given 5 stars, however, the guys side does not have AC. This does not normally matter during the fall and winter semester because it is cooler or freezing outside, but during the spring semester it has been miserable and I normally have to stay on campus to work on homework because inside is so uncomfortably warm. Sometimes the heat keeps me up at night and I’ve even heard of guys sleeping in their cars because it’s cooler there… and so for that reason I feel that it is worthy of docking 2 stars. Other than the AC I would 100% recommend Nauvoo if you’re wanting to meet lots of cool people and do a lot of fun stuff, I would just maybe consider looking elsewhere during the spring and summer if you are a guy unless you want to buy or rent an AC unit.

everyone is so inclusive. The wards are very united, and it is easy to get involved. I have lived here for 5 semesters now, and don’t plan on leaving any time soon! They have recently gotten new management and they are on top of it. When I have submitted a maintenance request, they are usually there within the hour to fix it! I am AMAZED!! They really are here to work with you and make your experience great.

easily and machines break down. My dishwasher didn't work the whole year and multiple people came in to check it and did nothing about it. Will say I was a bit jealous that the guys I knew had two fridges in their apartments when girls only had one. That definitely would have made the experience a bit better for me.
