Kyle just waited until the prices went up to send us the lease which is really unprofessional, so we called her manager, who said that there is no record that we asked about renewing our contract. There is no record because of the laziness of Kyle, because he never showed interest on typing it, or just having proof that we asked for a renewal. They told us that we should send emails or call them, but we do not like to do that because they respond a week after we send emails. It is really hard to get in contact with them, so I do not understand why they have an office. They are not responsible for the mistakes they make and they won't change their mind because they just care about money and not about the resident.

keep in mind that if you are on the second or third floor, good luck getting anything large up and around those stairs. That was an absolute nightmare how they were built so narrow.
