Overall, despite the minor quirks (the biggest one in our case being that the lights flicker) I think it's a good place to live, and I plan on staying here more semesters.

can be difficult but complex makes it happen... Side note, the apts had a change in ownership not too long ago and is owned by Best Nest, the care and maintenance has much improved since I've been here and some reviews older than the last 5 years may not reflect current conditions.

sometimes for a whole day until maintenance fixed it. In one instance, the motherboard in my laptop was fried as a result (was able to get it fixed for free thanks to the manufacturer's policies). So be certain to bring a surge protector. The lounges (both Red Door and the nearby Greenbriar lounge) are pretty nice. Be aware that there's no air conditioning, but it's honestly not such a big problem if you keep your doors/windows open. Also the piano in the Greenbriar lounge is not good. The sustain pedal doesn't work. But it's playable. Edit: sounds like they're fixing the piano! This is what I mean when I say the management is good here. I honestly should've said something sooner, that's on me.
