easy to work with and pleasant to speak to. We are seeing a change in management soon, but I look forward to see the same excellence replicated in the future. Barring a few growing pains, I think that Shelbourne has a very good track record for management. I will post an update to give my opinion after I have seen the second manager for an extended period of time. The prices are fairly reasonable. From what I hear, the prices here are the lowest for the single room apartments (as of writing this). I enjoy the ward that we have here. in my earlier experience at BYU-I, I felt a bit disconnected from others, and it was difficult to connect to the people around me. At Shelbourne, most people stay in the ward, which makes the community stronger as a result. Lastly, the location is fairly good. There is a bus stop to Walmart not far from Shelbourne, and the college is about a 5 minute walk away. It does require a jaunt across a fairly busy intersection to get to the STC, but the walk is certainly not bad (barring Rexburg winters). All in all, I think this is a place that is worth your investment if you value privacy, community, and convenience. 5/5 ⭐

dryer in the apartment which makes doing laundry a breeze with a busy college schedule. There is plenty of space for dishes and food with plenty of cabinet space and refrigerator space. The apartment complex overall is very well maintained and a good distance from campus. All in all, I have enjoyed my experience here so far and plan on staying here as long as I can for the duration of my time here in Rexburg.
