Everything was perfect!!! I was able to find the perfect place for my air fryer. I was able to easily hang up all of my posters. I had room to fit all of my shoes in my closet and still leave space for my roommate. No complaints here!!!

When I first moved in, the apartment was filthy. It didn’t seem like they had done white glove checks the previous semester at all. It’s nice that the laundry was free, but the whole semester the laundry room was torn up. Half of the machines are moldy and stink. The stairs are

falling apart. One of my friends had a piece break off from underneath them, and another friend of mine dislocated her ankle on a wobbly step. Like most complexes in Rexburg there was no AC so the top floors got really hot during Spring Semester. The best thing about Somerset is that maintenance is very responsive and effective. They were good at communicating. It’s also a great location right across from campus.

Management doesn't care about you they just want your money and trap you in a contract! They will tell you anything to get you to sign up. On move in day I came to my apartment and there was already 6 guys in the apartment, Management before move in day

told me that I was switched to be with my friend and they never switched me, and when I talked with a management after they told me in exact words "sorry you believe a false promise".

If you’re thinking of living here, DO NOT COME HERE!!! Not a great place to live at. Smaller space for storage of large and numerous items, cramming 6 girls together with all food and kitchen supplies, not enough desks to tenants. I need a separate desk myself just to work

on school work and have something to keep my stuff in. Overall, not a place I see myself coming back to. Having to pay for laundry is the worst! It is cheap, but free would be better. No AC units in my apartment. Always hot and having to use a fan just to keep cool is not enough. Should put fans and lights in every room and bedroom in the apartment as a makeup to it. Summers are hot here and no AC is a horrible idea. Who thought of that?! They need major renovations to even be a decent place. Not coming back after I graduate.

Overall a good place to live. Doesn’t have AC so that was a little hard during the Spring semester. But good price and location. If you want close location, come to Somerset.
