have lived there because they maintain damages so well. My favorite thing was that management took the time to know everyone and know them by name. Not many places do that and i felt so loved, seen and appreciated by them. 10/10 recommend this as a place to live for a long time!

careers, it is seriously amazing, I can't express it through words! The spirit here is so strong and the people are amazing, the management is so friendly and understanding too. The maintenance is fast, efficient, and also super friendly. It is one of the most clean and well kept apartments is Rexburg. If you are looking for an amazing second family away from home, the Sundance residents and management are the people who can provide that. It has some weak points like lack of soundproofing, smaller gym rooms for amenities, and a smaller parking lot compared to some other apartments, but it totally makes up in the other areas I mentioned before. I can confidently say I will forever be a loyal Sundance resident!
