and pieces of trash on the ground, etc. My shower was disgusting when I moved in, I put in multiple requests for people to come clean it for me and it never happened(you have to send in a cleaning request you can’t just tell the people at the desk). I ended up having to deep clean my whole apartment which I just moved into and it’s kinda gross cleaning up after random people that lived there before you, especially when you’re expecting to move in to a nice, new, clean room after all the money you just spent to live there. Please read your contract very carefully because they like screwing you over as much as they can, they don’t care about your experience they are a business and want your money. The only positive thing is the rooms and amenities are nice but definitely not worth the bad service and overpricing.

I got it is because I had to constantly hound them for months. They will say they did everything they could to get it to me, but that's a lie. I couldn't ever get a hold of Anastasia, the manager, by phone. They would come up with excuses as to why she couldn't answer my call.
