was so so kind and helped me transition to The Roost apartments (managed by same people) for another semester. A great place to consider living!
see moremanager, Anna, really goes above and beyond for the residents. She is so kind and her assistants are lovely as well.
see moreof the complex, it’s not too big and not too small, and you feel like you are apart of a great community here! all of the girls i have met here are genuine and kind people and i just love the vibe here!! and i can’t forget about the actual apartments!! they are beautiful and good quality! i love the bar and the bar stool, the couches are SO COMFY, the walk in pantry is amazing, the vanity’s and bathrooms are awesome! and i love the more open concept of the back area!! i also love the rooms and storage in the rooms! also the hallways always smell good and are clean! parking prices are very reasonable and the underground parking is definitely a plus! all of my friends who come over always tell me they want to move here!! i cant say enough good things about the towers!!
see moreamazing sunlight in your living room. I have always had really great roommates living here and I love the ward! I highly recommend living here if you're thinking about it. Also the underground parking is so worth it.
see morerooms. If it weren’t for some issues I have with management, this would be the perfect complex. This is my experience with management. They are very poor communicators. An example: for 3 months my apartment has had luke-warm showers at best. We have submitted many maintenance requests and each time the maintenance has said they “fixed” it and we continued to have cold showers. We assumed this was just an issue with our apartment. Management sent out an email saying that “a few apartments” were experiencing cold showers. Come to find out it was not just a few apartments, it was practically the whole complex. Two WEEKS later they send out another email sharing that the water heaters are working on being fixed. I take no issue with the fact that we didn’t have hot water, that happens and is not managements fault (although 3 months is a long time to go without hot water, especially when you pay for that amenity). But I do take issue with the fact that management was in NO way apologetic about this issue and it took them weeks to communicate what steps they were taking to resolve the issue. On top of that there was an obvious lack of empathy for why this lack of communication would be frustrating. This was sent from management to the residents in an email “We have gotten a few people getting angry at us and accusing us of not doing anything“. Sure, complaints would be frustrating to hear as management, but it is a reasonable response with the sheer lack of communication by management. I shared this lengthy example to illustrate the lack of communication from management and resulting frustration MANY residents feel. I want to emphasize that this is not an isolated experience. I have lived here for 3 semesters and have had many frustrating experiences with the management, that either I or my roommates have communicated to them. Each time we are met with little to no empathy and on occasion the blame has been shifted to us. I’ll end by saying there have been honest reviews removed that share the reality of living at the towers (I know of two 1 star reviews that have been taken down recently). This is a completely honest review and is my personal experience with living at the towers.
