Overpriced, Good roommate matching, Good maintenance
There is plenty of parking available, but center pointe charges way too much for parking and that’s why most people do not pay for parking. The living situation has been good. Overall they are overpriced when it comes to rent as well. It’s is a comfortable place to live that
has everything you need. Except you guys also charge way to much for laundry. This should just be part of the rent we already pay and shouldn’t be something that we pay extra for.

Great location, Good roommate matching, Safe
Not enough parking and the maintenance took a while. Price Is a little high but I like the apartments look. I did get great roommates tho and it has been really fun.

Management is super nice and understanding l, but it has taken a little bit to get
things done.

The storage is great, but sadly when we moved in, the place was filthy and they
didn't end up redoing our carpet when everyone elses got done.
